1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Luxury Car Rental (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By reserving, picking up, or operating any motor vehicle through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Self-Drive Eligibility & Verification
Luxury Car Rental exclusively provides self-drive motor vehicles without outside drivers. The primary hirer must be at least 21 years of age (23 years for luxury category vehicles) and possess an authentic, original Indian Driving Licence valid for at least six (6) months prior to booking.
3. Security Deposit & Pre-Authorization
A refundable security deposit hold is authorized prior to vehicle handover. This pre-authorized hold remains in the customer's banking account and is released within 24 to 48 hours following vehicle return, subject to standard return checks (fuel level, toll clearances, and vehicle condition).
4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
The vehicle must not be used for commercial carriage of goods or passengers for hire, speed trials, racing, towing, or illicit activities. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and criminal reporting.
